Podium has no login or user accounts. You submit a listing and pay as a guest. We store the listing details you provide (URL, title, description, category, price and bid).
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your email and payment details are collected and handled by Dodo for the transaction and receipt — Podium never sees your card details. If you provide an email on the form, we pass it to Dodo to send your receipt and to reconcile your payment.
Click tracking
When a visitor clicks a listing, we record the event to count clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses — at most a salted, one-way hash used for coarse abuse prevention, plus the referrer and user-agent string.
Analytics
We keep aggregate, non-identifying analytics (page views, impressions, clicks, checkout starts and successful payments) to understand how the board is used. We don't build advertising profiles or sell data.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie only if you sign in to the admin console. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
