How ranking works

Podium is deliberately simple: the more you bid, the higher you rank. Here's everything that governs the board.

• The minimum bid is $5

  Any new listing enters the board for at least $5.

• Higher lifetime bid means a higher rank

  Listings are ranked purely by their cumulative lifetime bid, highest first — the biggest bid always sits on top.

• You can increase an existing listing's bid

  Submit the same destination URL again to raise its lifetime bid and climb the board.

• Raising your bid only charges the difference

  If your listing is at $20 and you raise it to $35, you pay $15 — not $35 again.

• You must beat a position by at least $1

  To move above a listing, your lifetime bid has to exceed its lifetime bid.

• Payments are final

  Bids are non-refundable. We don't refund because someone later outbid you.

• Rankings are not reserved while payment is processing

  If someone else's payment confirms first, your listing takes its correct position for the amount you actually paid — you keep your bid, not a promised rank.

• Paid links are sponsored / nofollow

  Every outbound link is marked sponsored nofollow. Podium sells visibility and traffic, not SEO backlinks.

• Listings must be legitimate professional or educational products

  Courses, mentors, communities, tools and career resources are welcome.

• No illegal, fraudulent, malicious or NSFW destinations

  Shorteners, private/internal addresses and unsafe links are rejected automatically.

• We can remove abusive listings

  We reserve the right to deactivate listings that break these rules.

• Ranking does not imply endorsement or quality

  A high rank means only that the creator paid more. It is not a review, endorsement or quality signal.
