What Podium is
Podium is a paid-placement leaderboard. Ranking is determined solely by a listing's cumulative lifetime bid. A ranking is not an endorsement, review, certification or statement about quality — it means only that a creator has paid more.
Payments are final
All bids are non-refundable. Rankings are not reserved while a payment is processing; if the board changes before your payment confirms, your listing is placed at the correct position for the amount you actually paid. See the rules.
Acceptable listings
You must have the right to promote the destination you submit, and it must be a legitimate professional or educational product. No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious or NSFW destinations. We may deactivate or remove any listing at our discretion.
No warranty
Podium is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the products, services or claims of listed destinations. Clicking through is at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podium is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or interactions with listed products.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
